I have a file/folder backup definition I've been using successfully for over a year. I lauched it to run full backup of my data drive, about 2TB of files. It failed with the error that it couldn't find a particular file, but the log didn't tell me what the file was. I tried once more but this time it failed to verify at 50%, again giving me no usable details. I just tried a third time and again it failed to verify, this time at 0%. I have plenty of space on the target, 3.2 TB free.

Is there a way to roll back to a previous version to get my backup to run successfully? I can roll back using system restore, but that will also roll back some updates in other programs that I would prefer not to do.

Hi @hurricane51

Please can you raise a support ticket by visiting https://www.macrium.com/support or email support (at) macrium (dot) com so that we can investigate further. Please try and include logs of the failed backups for review.

Kind regards.
