Want to restore image on the fly without using Winpe(rescue media) when pc is working well.

You can't restore an image of the partition that Windows is running from while Windows is running from it.  That limitation isn't unique to Reflect.  Restoring a partition involves taking the partition offline to everything except Reflect, and in most cases actually deleting any existing partition and recreating it from scratch.  It simply isn't feasible to run Windows and applications in that situation.  You can restore other partitions within Windows, though.
