On my Win XP machine, I got error messages for 2 days in a row.   When I check the Event Viewer,  the message was:
Macrium Reflect Error Message
AppName: macriumbackupmessage.exe     AppVer: 7.2.3811.0     ModName: macriumbackupmessage.exe
ModVer: 7.2.3811.0     Offset: 00227d78

The actual incremental backup was reported as OK (I use synthetic full, retaining 7 incrementals).  If I actually go & double click on macriumbackupmessage.exe, nothing seems to happen & when I check the Event Viewer, it doesn't generate an error. However, I'm concerned about the error message.  I did update to version 7.2.3825 today, but I'm still concerned.  What would cause this?
Thank you,

Thanks for your reply.  Yes, I updated to 7.2.3825 today & I have Reflect scheduled every morning before I wake up, so I don't know if I'll see the messages tomorrow.  I'm just puzzled as to why it's an error.

From your post:

AppName: macriumbackupmessage.exe  AppVer: 7.2.3811.0

It would appear that the error occurred before updating to  7.2.3825 as  7.2.3811 is the previous release. Could you right click on 'macriumbackupmessage.exe'  in 'C:\Program Files\Macrium\Reflect', click the  'Details' tab and check the version installed?

Kind Regards

The version on my WinXP machine is now 7.2.3825.  Yes, the error did occur before updating...2 days in a row.  It's just that I never had that error before.
