I have a scheduled file and folder backup that runs everyday at 4:00 AM. I want to stop the backup from running but I do not want to remove the current schedule information in the template. Is there a way to disable the template without removing the actual data (ex: time) in the schedule?

Also, does anyone know what "On Event" mean in the backup template?

Thank you,
Howard

Open Reflect, go to the Scheduled Backups tab, right-click the schedules you want to disable, and select "Disable".  You will have to manually re-enable them later, however; you can't specify in advance when they should re-enable.

"On Event" refers to a native capability of Windows Task Scheduler.  If you look in the Windows Event Viewer application, you'll see a bunch of event logs that have a bunch of entries in them.  Those all have Event IDs.  You can have a scheduled task run whenever an event with a particular ID is logged.

That worked.
Thank you for the fast response.
