That's a problem reading from your source disk.  Check the log (under the Log tab) to see which partition it was trying to read at the time the error occurred, then try running "chkdsk /f" against that partition.  If it failed while trying to image a hidden partition, you'd need to assign that partition a drive letter temporarily.  If it still fails after that, try the more in-depth "chkdsk /r", which will scan the disk surface for bad sectors and can therefore take several hours on large partitions, so plan accordingly.  If it still fails even after that, then your disk may be going bad.  You can set an option to ignore bad sectors that may allow the image job to complete, but that should be considered a last resort because that means Reflect won't be able to guarantee that all data was captured correctly.
