First, the bug report: When mousing over any of the system tray icons in the lower-left corner of the Rescue environment in order to reveal their tooltip, clicking the button while the tooltip is displayed only dismisses the tooltip rather than actually launching the application.
In terms of enhancements, it would be handy if it were expanded to support executing the following commands via their standard Windows keyboard shortcuts, since it already supports executing these commands with the mouse:
Enter = Open file/folder
Alt+Enter = Open Properties
Backspace = Jump one level up in folder hierarchy
F2 = Rename
Alt+D = Highlight address bar (and can the address bar have a white background "inset" like it does in regular Windows Explorer? I didn't even see it there for a long time, and the current design language does not make it clear that the field is editable, even though it is.)
Even better would be to make the Rename function work consistently with newer versions of Windows, where only the portion of the name before the last dot is highlighted for files (but not folders), thereby allowing users to select Rename and immediately start typing a new name without clearing the existing file extension and having to retype it.
