Patching 6.3.1821-6.1852 then click on Other Task->Check Updates : "Software not found"

I used to see Bug Fixes v6.3.1852 and Reflect no longer find the updates. I'm not sure why. I was away for weeks at the hospital, so I could not perform the update.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your prompt response. I see the bug was not related to my hardware but I went ahead to apply the patch,  Something must have been wrong with my account.
I was a Database Architect for JPMorganChase for10 years and now retired.

As always, great support and reliable product !!!
