Can't boot from rescue media USB stick:

Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon, with Windows 7
USB stick: Verbatim Store'n'Go
We created the boot USB from Reflect, and it said "Rescue media successfully created"
However, when we try to boot from it, it says: No Windows system (or something like that).
We have tried changing the BIOS - the boot order, and the UEFI/Legacy options, but to no avail.
Can you help?
Thanks.

It appears that your Store n Go is a spinning hard drive, not a flash drive. Some systems won’t boot from USB “fixed disk class” devices like hard drives and SSDs and will instead only boot from “removable storage class” devices like most flash drives. And for whatever reason even some flash drives don’t always work as boot devices.

Avoid messing with Legacy vs UEFI because the Rescue Media will be able to boot in either mechanism and ideally you want to boot it the same way you boot your OS. In most cases it doesn’t matter, but it affects the Fix Boot Problems function if you ever need to run that, for example. You also don’t need to mess with the boot order. Just press whatever button on that system accesses the one-time boot menu option when you want to boot from USB.

Thank you!
The Verbatim was a Flash drive with the name "STORE N GO FLASH DRIVE".
But we solved the problem simply by using another flash drive of another brand (an old drive).

PS. The Verbatim was a Flash drive with the name STORE N GO FLASH DRIVE. So it seems they use the name STORE N GO both for spinning and flash drives. (Edited the above post also).
