Are you cloning using a definition file?  If so, it would seem that the disk defined as the source in your clone job isn't being found anymore, perhaps because it was disconnected, or perhaps wiped and reinitialized since you created the definition file.  If you are in fact using a definition file, right-click it under the Backup Definition Files tab, click Edit, and you will probably find that you have to set your source disk again.

If you're not using a definition file (or everything looks ok there and the job still fails), are you perhaps running third-party antivirus that might be blocking Reflect's access to that disk?
