How to Renew Support on MR v7.1

Hi,
Went to the support section for renewals...entered the pertinent data to identify me and when I hit the Checkout button, I end up on a page stating an internal Server Error has taken place.  Did this several times throughout the day and cannot get past the Server Error page.
Anybody had this experience?
