Hi Tim,

I can confirm that there is a bug in the current release which causes this.

It has been fixed and a new release will be available shortly.

Thank you for alerting us of this and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards,
Macrium Support

Just updated to 7.1.2792. Issue still persists.

Can I have instructions to manually remove the CBT driver please?

Thanks.

Hi Tim,
Sorry that this didn't work for you.

Please can you download the following file and replace the one in your "C:\Program Files\Macrium\Reflect" folder.

http://updates.macrium.com/reflect/v7/v7.1.2792/mrcbttools.exe

This should allow you to run Macrium CBT Tools.

Kind Regards,
Macrium Support
