Is it possible, under Version 7, to restore a single or multiple files or a single folder from a Reflect mrimg file?
Thank you.

Sounds like you're using an image restore even though you posted in the File and Folder section of the forum, but yes you can.  This KB article explains how to mount and browse an image:
https://knowledgebase.macrium.com/display/KNOW7/Browsing+Macrium+Reflect+images+and+backups+in+Windows+Explorer

When you're finished, click "Detach image" under the Restore Tasks heading in Reflect (which is under the Restore tab), or simply right-click the virtual drive representing your mounted image in Windows Explorer and click Detach or Eject, whatever the option is called.
