I use Site Manager V7.1.2678 to monitor only, Reflect was installed on each device with its own scheduler.

The dashboard shows all backup OK yet it reports one unprotected computer: The is no backup planned for this computer.

If I look at the log directly on that computer the daily backup runs every day.
It is not critical, just annoying.

Hi Pierre,

I've checked the internal logic used by the Site Manager widget to display those messages and it definitely shouldn't be present if the computer has any locally scheduled backups. There are a couple of reasons this might be happening -

1. Reflect itself has gotten out of sync with Windows task manager - in rare situations, usually when upgrading, it's possible for Reflect to think it has no scheduled backups while the backups are still in Windows Task Manager. To check this, could you see if the 'Scheduled Backups' tab in Reflect lists your backups?
2. Site Manager hasn't received the list of scheduled backups from the Agent. This might be caused by a temporary comms glitch. To fix this, you can resync the computer by selecting the computer's checkbox in the computers view and clicking the 'Refresh' button.
