Hi.  I have two scheduled backups: File and Image.  I click either task's "Run Now" and get a quick message window flash (too quick to read), the Result column immediately shows "Successful", but no backup has actually been saved to the backup HDD.

All has been working fine until now.  This started after the latest update to 7.1.2619.

Thanks.

If you check the Log tab, do you see any log entries from these manual attempts?  If so, what do they show?  Does the backup run if you use the "Run Now" option under the Backup Definition Files tab (right-click the definition file) rather than the one under Scheduled Backups?  The former runs the job under your user account, whereas the latter runs it as whatever user is configured for scheduled tasks and goes through Windows Task Scheduler.  If that method works, then for each of your definition files, right-click it, select Schedule, delete all of the schedule entries, click OK, then go back in there and recreate them.  That will in turn recreate the Windows Task Scheduler entries.
