A backup was about to run but as I was installing an application I postponed the backup for 30 minutes.
Having installed the application I wanted to run the backup immediately but there seems no way to do that.
If I try to run the backup manually I get a message saying that Macrium is busy.
Is there a way to override the postponement?
John

Hi JohnF,

The current version of Reflect does not support cancelling of a postponement. I have raise a feature request and will be prioritised with the development team.

Thanks,

Mike.

This is a much needed feature; I suppose it's still not implemented(?).
What can one do in the meantime? Once I postpone a task my destination disk remains active (blinking light on an external disk enclosure), why is this even necessary?

As a workaround, try launching Reflect, going to the Scheduled Backups tab at the far right, then stopping the scheduled task that matches the postponed backup.  At that point you should be able to right-click that task and select Run Now.

I  was looking for just this option --- has it made its way into 7.2?
