Reflect 7 creates entries for the task scheduler to run under the SYSTEM account.
All jobs have the "Allow task to wake computer", which is _not_ what I want.

I see no option in Reflect to avoid waking the computer and I cannot longer change the task manager entries as with v6 because I'm prompted for the password for SYSTEM, which does not exist.

1. How can I configure tasks in MR 7 which do NOT wake the computer
2. Alternatively, how do I change the tasks your software creates to not wake the computer?

Hi

Thanks for posting.

It has always been a requirement in Reflect that schedules wake a sleeping computer to run backups, however, we will be adding an option to change this setting in Reflect very soon. In the meantime is it possible to 'Hibernate' rather than 'Sleep'? Hibernation is a zero power state and tasks will not be run during hibernation.

Kind Regards

This is good news. Do you have a timeframe?

Generally, we would prefer to decide whether or not one our computer wakes up (security and fire prevention regulations).
We had no problem in Reflect 6 because we just changed the scheduler tasks to not wake and let MR do it's job automatically after we woke up the system.
Due to the changes introduced in MR7 we have cannot longer control if our system wakes up or not. Not good.

Well i am using Hibernate and my computer will wake up from this state (S4) as well, which is what i want Smile Just my comment that even S4 state is not a solution. Full power-off is.
