v7 upgrade but my email address has changed

I would like to upgrade to v7 from my 36-XX licence key however, I have moved my residence and my email has changed from my registered email.
The upgrade page tells me it is sending information to my registered email.
I have sent messages to customer support with my email address and my upgrade problem, but have not received a reply.
Can anyone tell me what I can do?
