I have a family 4 pack from day one. Have been upgrading fro a while now. Last time was 2015 v5 to v6 and then again today v6 to v7
Entered new key and existing key. Says the old key is not a valid family key. Double checked key on program and from the email I received in 2015 and both match.
Tried the second key on the second computer and same thing.
What's the deal?

Exact same problem here. Same upgrade generation as well. v5 Pro to v6 Home and now to v7 Home. v6 license keys are not seen as valid even though Reflect v6 is activated.

I did send an email 20 mins ago. I have a second 4pack to upgrade, but I'll hold off until this one can be sorted out.

I also sent an email with both sets of keys.
I also have another problem. I also have a single license and it upgraded ok but it change my scheduled times and I'm not able to change them.

Got an email from Macrium saying that the issue should be fixed. It's not. Still getting "Key is not a valid household pack key".
