New to Macrium and dealing with XP manufacturing devices and I have added a device to our site manager and our current backup plan. Try to run the backup manually from server and receive error: Image failed "Error - Did not receive an end notification from Macrium Reflect"
I manually installed the agent on the device and ran the config client to verify connectivity. From Site Manager I can see the device is connected.
Need assistance troubleshooting the error.
Thank You

Hi @tl580
We have moved your topic from the Disk Imaging section to the Site Manager section since your issue is in relation to Site Manager and its usage.

Thank You Hi, We have fixed an issue that can cause this error on some systems if they have the system language set to non-English, it may be worth trying updating to the latest version of Site Manager (8.0.6929), upgrading the Agent and trying again to see if your issue is related.

I've been having the same issue for about a week now. Running Windows 10 not XP.
Current version 8.0.6929 is installed. Thank you.

If you are running Site Manager 8, the log collection should be automated from the Site Manager server. Our support team can talk you through the process.
