Is This Something New?

Just noticed (one of my backup programs lists everything new/changed prior to the actual backup) that apparently one of the last three sequential day Reflect updates installed a new folder in my Documents folder. Anyone else notice this, or was this covered in the update text and I just missed it?

There's an Exceptions folder in my Reflect folder in my My Documents, too.  It probably was added by the most recent 7.3 update.  Tech support told me that this newest version would have a new dump system for collecting error information and said the dump files would appear in that folder you mentioned.

Interesting. Prior to this, dump files were written to the root of C, but I actually like this better. Hadn’t noticed it.

Thanks for posting.

Non elevated processes can't write to C:\ or ProgramData.

'<Documents>\Reflect\exceptions' is the new reserved folder for exceptions for non elevated processes, such as ReflectUI.exe.
