3 computers, 2 are Win 10 Pro x64. The 3rd is Win 10 Home x86.
I have 2 scheduled backups set in Reflect (7.2.4228), on all 3 computers. One schedule is a weekly full backup with related daily differential backups. This backup works on all 3 computers.
The second schedule is to do a monthly backup on the first of the month, scheduled to be run 1.5 hours before the daily backup. This schedule fails with 0x800710ex0 on the Pro x64 machines, runs fine on the Home x86 machine.
I can manually run the scheduled task and the backup is successful.
I have recreated the backup schedule several times, and still it errors.
This is not a new problem, it has been happening for quite some time. I don't remember exactly when it started, it was several versions ago. Each new version I create a new backup schedule and it still won't complete successfully.

I'm going to assume the correct error code is 0x800710E0, which means The operator or administrator has refused the request. This usually has to do with permissions of the scheduled job, especially the login of the job. If you would tells us the execution details of both backups, we might be able to help.

My experience with this error is it can be fixed by a few means.
The easiest to try first is go into Task Scheduler and change the properties of the backup task schedule so you enable Synchronize across time zones.
Deleting and recreating the backup schedule used to be the only way I found to fix it. While that works, nuking it is generally not a really palatable option, but it does work.
One thing you could try is not deleting the backup schedule but changing the schedule to start at a different time. Save it and then change it back and save it again. That might have the same effect as deleting and recreating it. I've not tested this, but it might work.
