Hi
I am in the throws of trying Reflect 7 before I buy it.

I am using it because I had a problem with bad sectors on my C: drive and I had to Mirror the whole H/D onto my backup disk F: and then transfer to a new C: H/D
One I had found out how to do it, It worked a treat.

I would now like to be able to set Reflect up in such a way as to allow me to just click on an icon on my descktop and Reflect to backup all the files and folders  that  I have previously designated, to my (backup drive)   Mostly Word and Excel

these files are in a folder called, lets say, ONE.

Will Reflect be able to determine what files have been altered since last backup and only backup those ones?

Is this possible? If so I would appreciate some help in doing it.

Using Windows 7

Yes, if you use an Incremental or Differential backup (if you don't know what those are, I'd advise reading the Reflect user guide), then Reflect determine which files have changed since a previous backup and back up those files. And as long as you've pre-defined the files/folders you want to back up in a Reflect definition file (which you'd have to create anyway in order to use Differential or Incremental backups), then you can also create a desktop shortcut that will run that backup on-demand, which can be used instead of or in addition to a regular schedule: http://knowledgebase.macrium.com/display/KNOW7/Creating+desktop+shortcuts+for+full%2C+incremental+and+differential+backups
