When attempting to back up from above product no error messages and all appears to be working but is stuck at Saving Partition phase. Have tried it several times.  It is backing up to a Local Network drive WDMYCLOUD.

What error messages are you getting in the backup log?  Can you insert a copy of the log into a reply?

Sometimes A third party application can interfere with Reflect, often it is the AV software on the system. Have you tried a backup after creating a clean boot as described in the following web page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 If the backup runs with no interference from other software then it may be a case of adding Macrium Reflect to your av software 'white-list' or 'trusted zone'.
