I have a Hyper-V Virtual Machine that I want to back up using Reflect.  Since Hyper-V doesn't easily offer access to the host system file structure, is imaging across a network share my only option?

Hi ich,

Thanks for posting.

I normally backup my Hyper-V guests to a network location. If Hyper-V is running on an operating system with a UI such as Windows Server or Windows 10. (Not server core) you could create a network share on the host and access that in the VM guest.

Alternatively you could install Reflect on the host and backup your virtual disks.

Kind Regards

Stephen
