I started an IMAGE backup, and after it was rolling, clicked the HIDE button.
There is no icon in the Fast Start, or on the Taskbar, NOR in the "additional icon" window that you can display above the fast start lineup.
I don't seem to be able to bring the (I hope) running application back up to see progress.
SUPPORT tells me to add the icon from the window that appears if you click the up-arrow by the Fast Start list...but it is NOT in the collection of icons that are in that window.
This is a Win7 64bit machine.
Any thoughts on HOW to get the app back on screen...without interrupting the process?
Thanks,
jp

Reflect is designed as a single instance application and you've merely hidden it.  The Win7 Start Menu shortcut should re-open ("unhide") the Reflect application's user interface in the normal manner without disrupting any backup task that may be ongoing.

I'm having the same problem, but on Windows 10.  I can see the task running in the task manager, but can't find a way to bring back the Reflect user interface.

OOPS....Found it in, of all places, "the hidden icon box".

To the OP, check in the as noted "hidden icon box," if that's not what you meant before.

If you really can't find the icon anywhere, try CTRL+ALT+M.  If a backup is running, the status window will appear.  If a backup isn't running, the last returned results of a backup will appear.  If no backup has run between the last restart of Windows and invoke of CTRL+ATL+M, then the window will be blank.

That doesn't work for Win 7 or Win 10 - you have to use the "Show hidden icons" shortcut to make it visible again.

If you go to the settings for the tray while a backup is running you should be able to set that one to always-show @dbminter's suggestion will also work though I have a different key combination configured from the default, the default prevents me typing µ.

I keep my system-tray set to always show all icons so it (and more problematic ones) don't get hidden anyway & avoid the issue entirely.
