i use Virtualbox Version 7.0.12 r159484 (Qt5.15.2). viboot (Reflect Home 8.1 Build 7675) and Reflect Home return following errors when i try to start viboot:

i found the issue on WIN 11 PRO:

initially i installed Reflect Home without having Virtualbox installed. I then went to "Control Panel->Programs and Features" to just modify the Reflect Home install by enabling "viboot" in the modify dialogue.
this seems to not work, so an uninstall and fresh reinstall solved the connectivity issues.
