This is frustrating!
There are jobs in a queue (that can't be viewed). The jobs are stuck in there because Macrium services were deliberately stopped to avoid them running, temporarily.
Now, those jobs from yesterday want to run, but I don't want them to run. I only want today's backups to run. Otherwise, yesterday's jobs will run tonight, and then tonight's jobs will run. No reason to perform double jobs the same day.
What is the trick to viewing the queue to delete the jobs?
Forecast shows the jobs (vaguely), by Repository (which is clunky) but there's no obvious way to cancel the job.
BTW, there needs to be a Pending Jobs list to see all jobs within the next 48 hours or so, or at least, offer an All selection is Forecast.
Also, there needs to be an option per job to never run the job during production hours.
Since the queue backup jobs run as soon as the Macrium service starts, restarting a server during the middle of the day will cause queued backup jobs to immediately run during production hours, which results in slow servers and user complaints. Not good.

In a forecast, any run now jobs can be cancelled, but scheduled ones can't. What might help you here is that in the Schedules view, there's a set of options for handling offline computers - if you set this to "Fail backups for offline computers" the backups will fail and wait for the next day's backups.
A workaround to quickly reset any scheduled backups is to toggle the backup off then on again int eh scheduled backups view - this will reset the next backup time to be the next one in the future, ignoring missed backups.

I'll will pass your other suggestions on to the relevant development team

Kind Regards,

Alex
