New user here, mainly attracted to Macrium by the possibility to remotely manage PCs running Macrium Reflect Home with Site Manager. After getting my licenses for Reflect Home, however, they were not accepted by Site manager, stating 'Not in Use - Version 8 Key Required'

Opened support request and was told that Macrium changed course and decided to stop supporting Reflect Home Licenses in Site Manager, even though it is all over there website and in this forum that it is supported, even stating it will "Indefinitely" support it......

Not a very customer friendly way of doing business....

That message should only appear if you are using a version 7 home license in version 8 Site Manager. Since version 8 Site Manager has product features from Reflect 8, a version 8 Reflect license is required to use it. 
You can still use your version 7 home licenses with version 7 Site Manager

Well, I'm using brand new keys, for version 8. According to Customer Support, it's a new policy that this just implemented. Probably found a way to ask even more money to customers...

Bumping this, I can't manage my Macrium Reflect Home computers anymore from the Site Manager....
