Open Task Manager and navigate to the details tab, when in here find reflectbin.exe (Reflect will need to be open). Please keep this tab open. Please replicate this issue and when reflect is in a hanging state go back to task manager and right-click reflectbin.exe > Create Dump File.Once the file is generated please can you open a support ticket ( https://www.macrium.com/support ) referencing this forum post.
