Should there be an option to allow for either a Generation 1 or Generation 2 VM to be created.

Gen 2 systems allow you to play with UEFI ??

Hi Ray,

In the Technical Preview, viBoot will create a generation 2 virtual machine if you are attempting to boot from a GPT style disk or a generation 1 virtual machine if you are booting from an MBR style disk.

Giving the user to option to override this is something that we may consider in a future release.
