The Ignore bad sectors setting is not in Site Manager, but would be very helpful if added.  It was assumed that Site Manager had feature parity with the standalone Reflect app, but cases like this make me question my decision to start using Site Manager in our organization.

Hi,

There are a dew options from Reflect that aren't in the Site Manager UI - in general we would not recommend using the ignore bad sectors option in the long term or as a blanket option for all computers as bad sectors are usually an indication of a failing drive which should be brought to the operator's attention.

We do have an open request from our support team to add this in a future release, so we will look into it. In the mean time, I would recommend that if the hardware issues on a problem system can't be resolved, you can work around this be switching that computer to a backup that is scheduled locally in the agent/reflect rather than centrally. This will allow you to use the full range of Reflect options.

Kind Regards,

Alex
