I went to Macrium and clicked license. It verified my entry.

I have a user and passowrd for the forum. Is this the best place for answers or is here a free tech support for the first year. I have been using the free and am somwhaat familiar with Macrium.
Is there anything else I should do?

You're best off reporting issues/requesting tech support here on the forums.  If an answer can't be provided on here, someone from Macrium will generally ask you to submit a support ticket for further troubleshooting information.
