Hello,
I was using Macrium Reflect 8.0 without issues on Windows 10 22H2 and today I was prompted to upgrade to version 8.1. I went through its installer while leaving all default options enabled and tried rebooting the system as prompted. Unfortunately, the system cannot boot anymore. The Windows 10 boot screen always changes to a "Preparing automatic repair" and then to a PC diagnosis, which fails. Even a safe boot results in the same issue.
What can be done to solve this issue? The PC is using UEFI boot from a GPT-formatted SATA SSD.
