I tried to log into support to report a problem
can't log in - tried the forgot password and it says it is sending to my email - no email received after several minutes and multiple tries .
Can I post an error report here ?
If not then if you can get me a password reset to [email protected]
if so then here is the text of the error - also submitted on MS forum

One of the event errors specifies mrcbt ( mrcbt.sys )
Is macrium trying to access volumes 33 34 35 and 37 ?

Hi @kablammy,

Thank you for your post.

When our MRCBT driver writes events to the Windows event log, it uses the kernel-mode naming convention. Unfortunately, the names assigned by the Windows kernel do not use the same numbering system as user-mode applications such as DISKPART, however; the drive letters (V, U and X) are the same.

These events indicate that Windows lost communication with one or more disks/volumes and are normally triggered when an external USB storage device is removed without using the Safe Removal Wizard or in the event of a hardware failure.

It is highly unlikely that MRCBT was the cause of the issue (it reported that the volumes had gone), but it is impossible to fully diagnose it without getting the minidump file(s) and some more system information.

I will ask a member of our I.T. support team to contact you regarding a password reset so that you can upload them and we do our best to help figure it out.

Kind Regards

Jamie

Ok, thank you .
I was not able to login or get a change password reply, however, I was able to re-register with my email address and start a new account .
Apparently I was not registered with this email address previously ?
I will open a ticket now .  Thanks again .

Ok, I was able to open a ticket and very quickly the ticket was resolved by the technical support staff .
The problem was that the Nvidia graphics card drivers were causing operating system crashes and the Macrium Software was reporting to the event log that the external USB hard drives had been disconnected .
Since the release of a new Call of Duty game title Modern Warfare 2, Nvidia has released 3 updated drivers in less than a month because of game crashes .  So, it stands to reason that this BSOD was also caused by Nvidia .
One thing to note is that I was not actively using the Macrium software at the time .  So, the reporting to the event log by the Macrium software was the file protection system doing its work correctly .  ( that is my own assumption ) .
Thanks to Macrium support for their rapid response and expert service .
