Hello all.
I can no longer see the boot selection when I start my laptop, although that's why I deleted and re-added the boot menu in Reflect 8 Home.
With the request for assistance and best regards, wisch

Open the System Configuration application (msconfig) and go to the Boot tab. Is the menu timeout set to a non-zero value? If you open Rescue Media Builder and select Windows Boot Menu as the build target, does it say Remove instead of Add? Just want to make sure Rescue Media Builder at least thinks it's there.
If that doesn't resolve it, open an elevated Command Prompt and run BCDEdit, then post the output here.

Under msconfig both boot menus can be seen. Here, as desired the result of BCDEdit:

That looks correct, and the timeout is set to 5 seconds rather than 0. Try right-clicking your Start button and going to "Shut down or sign out > Restart", but hold Shift as you click Restart. That should cause Windows to reboot into a diagnostic interface. From there you should see an option called "Use another operating system". If so, the Reflect option should be there. If you click that, does it work to get you into the Rescue interface?

Ok, I could see both boot menus. Could the problem possibly be with the BIOS?

No, because the boot menu option is just another entry in the Windows BCD. The BIOS only handles booting into the Windows Boot Manager instance on your internal disk. It's not responsible for the contents of the BCD. Are you seeing the boot menu at all? If not, try increasing your timeout in case your display isn't refreshing quickly enough after POST but before the menu times out -- though that does seem unlikely with 5 seconds. If you still don't see the menu at all, then I remember reading some issues with GPU drivers causing that menu not to appear, and the fix was to force the legacy text-based menu rather than the modern graphical menu.

You won't believe it, I installed the current driver of my Intel graphics card, and now I can see the boot selection!
Hallelujah, and thanks for your support🙏
Best regards, wisch

I do believe it - a while back my lap top would not show the graphical boot menu but would show the older style text menu, but after I updated the intel graphics driver, it showed the graphical boot menu ok.
