Something must have changed . When I click on the desktop icon for Macrium Reflect V7.3.6391 it does not open. I have to right click the icomn and pick run as an administrator. I am the only administrator on the system. In addition whine backups according to log say backups are complete and run, In the schedule backups it is showing errors 0x01 Error.

Does the same shortcut in your Macrium folder in your Start menu work?  Try restarting the PC and attempt to run it again.  I've never used Site Manager so there may be other things I'm not aware of with it.
