I have a Retention Rules that it should keep only 1 full backup but That did not work and my oldest full backup is still there with all the linked incrementals and differentials.

It only happen on the Server one, my workstation rules did work.

In the logs after every backup i noticed it only see 1 full backup.

Hi,
I notice that the full image sizes are very different - are these backups of the same set of disks?

Kind Regards,

Alex

Yes they are.
It is normal the most recent one is smaller as there was a good amount a data that was removed from the disk.

OK, thanks for elaborating - it is best to quickly eliminate any possible simple explanations!
Your last backup log should show some detail on the backup sets that were found and what rules are being applied. If it's not obvious what's going on from that, I'd suggest contacting our support team so that they can gather some logs and analyze them.
Another note is that Site Manager doesn't apply retention rules when taking a run now backup - this is to prevent unintended deletion of archived backups when taking an 'emergency' backup or as a checkpoint before IT work.

Kind Regards,

Alex
