Every time I launch the latest upgrade I get 3 or 4 error messages: ''Encountered Improper Argument' . Macrium then launches and seems to be o.k., but errors are worrying. Would like this sorted before I make recovery disk forf this version.

Do you get the same error when you launch Reflect directly from a command prompt or by double-clicking the "C:\Program Files\Macrium\Reflect\Reflect.exe" executable file? Does the Reflect user interface list any tasks under its Backup Definition Files tab or its Scheduled Backups tab that may be missing or no longer valid?
If the problem persists, re-installing with the current Reflect setup download may provide the quickest and easiest solution. It certainly won't hurt and is often effective in resolving version update issues.
