Under Licenses when I click agent I get the list of hosts with workstation licenses.  The right most column is Support Status and for each host there is the supported until date.  This data is a hyperlink and when I click it rather than taking me to the renewal page, I'm taken to the bad link page on the Macrium site.  The link:
https://www.macrium.com/supportinfo.aspx/?supportkey=S3518818

I'm going to need to renew in a couple of months and I hope this can be fixed by then

Hi Morris,

That link is given to Site Manager from our license server and it looks like it's giving out an out of date support link for some of the keys. I've passed it on to the right team and they will make arrangements to fix it. This should be automatic and I'll add a note here when it's done.

If you, or anyone else reading this needs to renew, the renewal wizard is available at https://portal.macrium.com/renewalwizard1
You can get a quick list of all your keys in Site Manager by using the CSV export (Actions -> Download to CSV on the Licenses -> Agent Licenses page) and opening in Excel or notepad.

Kind Regards,

Alex

Thank you Alex,

When I attempt to download the cve file, I get a network error when using Chrome.  Worked fine using Edge.

Hi Alex,

The Renewal Wizard reports incorrect expirations and is trying to charge me twice.  I'd post screen shots except I don't want to expose my license keys.   It has never worked correctly for me, I always have to email and this is not the first time I'm reporting the issue.  It's frustrating and a waste of Marcrum resources which I'm shore gets passed on to us.

Can the Renewal Wizard be made to work as well as well as the agents and Site Manager?

Thank you,

Morris

Hi Morris,

Can you please recheck the renewal wizard? I've fixed a couple of records that had got out of sync.

Kind regards,
John.

Hi John,

"Months Until New End Date" is calculated incorrectly.  It is subtracting remaining months rather than adding them.

Thank you for looking into this,

Morris

Hi Morris,

The download issue is usually related to the self-signed certificate we use in the default Site Manager install - browsers can be a bit finicky about those. It works fine in Chrome for me.

Alex

Thank you Alex,

I have not installed the cert in either browser.  I just bypass the security warning.

If it is still not making sense, can you raise a ticket?

Thank you John,

I did not see the date dropdown.  It could be bolded or emphasized somehow.

Have a great day!

Morris
