Hi,
i'm new here. I've setup the Site Manager and using a trial version of the Agent on a Windows 10 Pro PC. Now i saw that the agent version is older than the Home version i bought (Agent 8.0.6524 and Home version 8.0.6560). I don't know if this is an important difference or not.
How will the Agent get an update? Is it bound at the version of the Site Manager or can it be installed separately?

Thanks and kind regards
BigBen

Hi,
The Agent version should always be the same as the Site Manager server version. When the server is updated, it will deploy the updated agent to any connected computers automatically (Depending on the settings in the Settings -> Agent page of the Site Manager UI).
In general, we keep the Site Manager Agent Reflect engine in sync with the latest Reflect release, though there can be a lag as we have to QA and test the additional Site Manager features. At the moment, the Agent is based on the Reflect 8.0.6392 version - this should be noted in the release notes.
The next major release of Site Manager will update the Agent to bring it in line with Reflect 8.0.6560 (or any later release). This may take longer than usual as we have some major internal changes to test to accommodate new Site Manager features (Mainly allowing different user levels/permissions, improved Macrium Image Guardian integration, a command line interface and a number of other features).

Kind Regards,

Alex
