I've implemented Macrium Reflect across 20 or so locations around my state backing up PCs and Servers and it's working flawlessly for that. However I'm not being successful replicating the data from the local repository to my colo facility. I've scoured the forums here and maybe my google fu isn't strong but I'm not finding any definitive answers and need to know what others are doing as my offsite syncs are slow and never completing. I've looked through the knowledgebase also and I'm beginning to wonder if this is not the right product for this. If I could get feedback from what others are doing to handle getting their data offsite or what the best practice is when utilizing Macrium I would appreciate it.

Hi,
From your description, I'm not sure if you're running into some bugs with the sync process (we have had a few in the past) or whether there's a data volume/speed issue going on. It would be worth dropping a ticket into our support system so that our team can review your logs and config and see if there's something going on there. 
We are also introducing some improved sync performance in the next big Site Manager 8 release, so that should also help. We might be able to get you a beta/test edition and see if that helps.
