My repositories are SMB shares on a TrueNAS system. As the repositories are stored on 8 disks which represents about 40W of electric power, I have them set to spin down. I have been looking into seems to keep them spinning for some time and suspect it is Site Manager. When I stop the 3 Macrium services on the Site Manager Windows system, the power level I'm seeing on my UPS drops the appropriate amount after 5 minutes.
Dose Site Manager frequently pole the SMP shares of the repositories? If yes, can the frequency be controlled, reduced or stopped?
Thank you,
Morris
