11/19/21:  After this last update, my brother's computer will not boot to windows.  Is anyone else having this problem and is there a fix.  He has a Dell desktop running windows 10 and is using Reflect 7.

Didn't have that issue on my Windows 11 system, although I don't know if that's relevant since you didn't specify what version of Windows you're working with.  But if he's been using Reflect 7 and has been capturing image backups regularly, you might want to consider restoring a recent image by booting the system from Rescue Media.  That can also be used to make an image BACKUP before performing the restore if you want to capture the latest state of all of your data in case you might need to extract some recently modified data files after restoring an older backup.
