I worked with Macrium support and they were able to see the empty user name and password as I described in my original post. The solution, for now, is to configure Macrium Reflect to use the macrium scheduler with an admin account vs using a SYSTEM account ( Reflect Default and Settings ---> Schedule Settings-----> Uncheck the box "Use The Windows SYSTEM Account to run scheduled tasks" and then enter your admin credentials in the remaining two boxes.
This is not perfect and certainly no good practice (my opinion only) but for me, it helps me as a workaround. I am a little concerned that the technician did not acknowledge this as a bug and it seems that have not been able to duplicate it in their systems and in my case it is happening on 2 different systems with W10 professional and different install dates and computer brands, one is a HP Laptop and the other one is a Desktop dell.
BTW there is a very similar report I believe in V7 or V6, it is buried in the KB in Macrium. I found it but misplaced the link basically says that if you run the task manually from macirum works fine but scheduled tasks are failing.
I hope Macrium Tech Support fixes this problem
