Very poor documentation for getting network computers to connect to Site manager. Have added all through "add Domain computers", but not a single one will connect. Useless at this point. Need a solution.

Hi Randy,

Have you followed the steps in our KnowledgeBase for installing the agent on the added computers? Installing the Site Manager Agent

Adding a computer will add it to the list of computers in the Site Manager server, however the Agent must be installed on it to connect. This is not done auotmatically as there are several different ways to achieve this, which will vary according to your network and domain setup.

So you are saying that the Site manager has to be installed on each computer, not just the computer you are using to schedule other computers?

I see there is a typo in the Knowledgebase article link that was posted by @Alex.  Try this link:

You need to install a Site Manager "agent" app on each connected computer, which can be done either manually or by remote install.  You do not need to install the Site Manager Server software on the client computers.

                                

Remote install will not install since it will not connect to the computer. I get a connection error each time. I have 7 licensed computers waiting for site manager which does not function at this point.
