Previously reliable Reflect v6.1 build 887, message generated during preparation for creating image, creating volume snapshot, analyzing filesystem on drive c (the drive being copied).
Very recently re-sized partition. Everything else working ok.
Windows 10 administrative events, shows messages like - error - source CAP12 Event id 513
Event details, AddLegacyDriverFiles: unable to backup image of binary Microsoft link layer discovery protocol. System error: Access is denied.
Have tried Reflect "fix vss problems" - nothing.
Any suggestions please?

The 'CAP12 Event id 513' is benign and isn't relevant to your error. Please see here:
