Consolidation failure but no Warning outcome?

In the attached F&F job log, which only has email recipients and the license key redacted, a consolidation failure occurred, and yet the job outcome was Success.  Shouldn't this have been a Warning?  I realize that this system is running an old release of Reflect V7, but I've kept an eye on the release notes and none of the fixes or enhancements have been relevant to this system.  If this issue has been fixed in a newer V7 release, I don't remember it being noted anywhere.

Unfortunately, as v7.24473 is over a year old we recommend updating to the latest v7.3 version.  v7.2.4473 definitely should have thrown a Warning completion status, but there have been sufficient improvements in this area that it is very likely not a problem with the latest release. While we try and report significant improvements in the release notes, sometimes unreported problems might get resolved when other fixes are applied.

If the problem re-occurs with the latest release can you open a support ticket and we'll investigate further?. Thanks
