I'd like to deinstall viBoot, but can't find any deinstaller. How can I delete it?

You can uninstall viBoot by going to Control Panel > 'Add or Remove Programs' on Windows XP, or Control Panel > Programs > 'Uninstall a program' on Vista or later. Then select 'Macrium viBoot' from the list, and click Uninstall.

Well that doesn't work in win 10. No separate uninstall in Programs and features for Viboot. Getting lots of errors in event viewer relating to Viboot. Gone back to version 6. Every time a company upgrades their software there is always something that causes problems.

Same here.  Using Windows 10 Home so ViBoot does not work. The installation should detect that the OS is Home so should not install ViBoot.
I don't recall seeing an option of whether to install ViBoot or not.

Hi All,

viBoot is installed with Macrium Reflect regardless of OS. It does this as the OS could be upgrade to support the HyperVisor technology. This is similar to Microsoft's model where the HyperVisor software is stored on disk but installed as an optional feature if running Windows 10 Professional+.

We will be changing the installer to allow more control whether or not a shortcut to viBoot will be created.
