I have several backup jobs and would like an easy way to see when and the type of backup run for each job.  Right now, I have to either go through the log, which can be time consuming since I don't know the dates the job ran.

You can look at the Task Scheduler history for the specific task that runs that backup.  It will tell you when the job ran, but not the type of backup - though you might be able to deduce the type from the time it took to run the process.

I might not understand, but there is a "Type" column which indicates "file and folder" or "disk image" for each backup definition file.  If date and type is needed for backups which have already happened this information is available for each actual backup taken in the Image Restore sub-tab of the Restore tab.  Each entry shows the date the backup was taken as well as the type, the Image ID, folder where the backup file is stored, full name of the image file and any user comments which were entered into the backup definition file which was used to create the backup.
