When right clicking on a Backup Definition File in Macrium Reflect v7.3, a series of options appears, only one of which finds frequent use, that of Run Now. This command is in the middle of the column and so it takes a fraction extra time to be sure the selection is correct before proceeding.

Perhaps it would be helpful to bold that line, block it, shade it, or otherwise emphasize where it is so that execution could be smoother and faster.

Beg to differ, I use edit, validate, & edit advanced properties, more often than "Run now" in that context menu, though you're perhaps a more typical user.

There’s also a Run Now button in the button bar. You’ve also posted this in the Reflect V6 section, and V6 reached end of support quite a while ago because V7 launched in February 2017.
